Cubely (“Cubely,” “we,” “us”) connects companies looking for interior design and fit-out consultants with vetted consultant firms and professionals. 1. Information we collect
Account information you provide directly: your email address, name, company or firm name, and any project, profile, or portfolio details you choose to add. We do not collect passwords - sign-in is via a one-time email link. We also collect usage information automatically (pages visited, actions taken on the platform) to keep the product working and to understand what's useful.
2. How we use it
To operate the platform: matching companies with consultants, sending sign-in links and account notifications, and showing you your own projects, profile, and activity. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share information with a consultant firm or company only where you've chosen to make that connection (for example, inviting a firm to a project, or a firm applying to one).
3. Project visibility
You control who can see a project you create - invite-only, open to the platform, or anonymous (your company's name withheld from consultants until you choose to reveal it). Nothing you create is made public without your choice.
4. Cookies
We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in (for up to 30 days) and to remember basic preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
5. Data retention and deletion
We retain account and project data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by writing to hello@cubelyhq.com; we'll confirm once it's done, subject to any records we're required to keep by law.
